Description
Our natural cinnamon wax for aromatherapy is obtained from the plant with the botanical name Cinnamomum zeylanicum. Outside the country, the product bears the name Cinnamon natural wax for aromatherapy. Behind the name stands a hard and dense material with a light brown to dark brown shade. The shade results from the flowers used, whose pigments pass into the mass and set the gradual transitions across the entire range between light and dark brown. The dense and hard mass holds the volatile constituents in a compact volume and slows their gradual release. The volatile constituents form a strong scent in which warmth and sweetness go together, while the spicy nuance follows them closely in the background. The scent originates from an evergreen tree that belongs to the Lauraceae family and develops aromatic tissues in its bark, leaves and flowers. The family unites tree species with aromatic tissues, among them the bay laurel. The flowers of the tree serve as the raw material, and the plantations in Bulgaria grow under a natural regime. The natural regime keeps the composition pure, since it excludes synthetic auxiliary substances from the care of the plantations and from the handling of the harvested raw material. The composition is entirely natural, and preservatives and colorants are absent from it. Colorants are not part of the composition, so the tone depends entirely on the plant material itself. Wax extraction preserves this naturalness, while the aromatic substances of the flowers pass into the final material. In addition, the raw material originates from a single site, and this unity is evident in the tone, scent and density of every individual volume. Cinnamon wax retains these characteristics in a dense form. The dense form gathers a rich scent in a small mass.

Application
Natural cinnamon wax is used in aromatherapy as a fragrance ingredient of candles and of wax melts for warming lamps. Candles acquire a warm and sweet scent with a spicy nuance from the product. The hard and dense structure of the product fits into the candle mass, and the candles retain their stable shape while the wick burns. The stable shape also allows the product to be used in molded articles. Wax melts for lamps include the product as a fragrance ingredient of their mass, since the mass releases the scent when melted. The mass of the melts remains solid at room temperature, so they retain their shape until use. In addition, the raw material is used in scented sachets for wardrobes and drawers, specifically in solid bars with embedded dried flowers and whole spices. The bars release scent without heating. In the bars and melts, the cinnamon scent is combined with beeswax and soy wax. Decorative scented figurines for cupboards and boxes also contain the raw material as a carrier of scent.

Storage

Store natural cinnamon wax in a dark, cool and dry place, away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Maintain a temperature from +10°C to +25°C to preserve the solid consistency and quality. After opening, limit air access and isolate the product from external odors, which the wax readily absorbs. Use only aluminum or glass containers, preferably made of dark glass, which protect the wax from light. Close tightly after each use to prevent air and moisture from entering. Observing these conditions preserves the aroma and quality of the product for a longer period.
